It's a fact: more and more Champagne Houses are opening their own on-site boutiques allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the Champagne House in question. On behalf of champagne lovers everywhere, Grappers took a look at those boutiques that have undergone a recent makeover….

Champagne Joseph Perrier, Châlons-en-Champagne

In 2020, Maison Joseph Perrier, the only Champagne House in Châlons-en-Champagne, revamped its tour and tasting, along with its boutique, which henceforth sports a very clean and refined look. It now also offers a Click & Collect service allowing you to buy your favourite Joseph Perrier champagnes with ease.

Champagne Mumm, Reims

The boutique at Mumm, the brand with the famous red ribbon, underwent a facelift at the end of last summer. With redesigned spaces and an in-built tasting area, they have done everything possible to ensure that the visitor is treated to the full-on Mumm experience. The boutique is open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. A Click & Collect service has also been introduced.

This goes hand in hand with a revamp of their tours and the introduction of their new "Awakening the five senses" experience.

Champagne Lanson

To mark its 260th anniversary in 2020, Maison Lanson created a new reception facility with a spanking new boutique at its heart. Intended to have a warm and intimate atmosphere, the new boutique has been designed with the feel of a high-end wine shop. It is currently open from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. 66 rue de Courlancy, Reims.
