Champagne Besserat de Bellefon Millésime 2008

We love the exceptional champagnes produced by this Maison. This cuvée has good cellaring potential and discloses notes of honey, praline, candied lemon and Panettone. The fresh and generous character of this champagne on entry to the palate makes it well suited to early evening drinks and will get your tastebuds and appetite going!

The cuvée Hemera 2006 is composed exclusively of 6 of the Champagne House’s iconic Grand Crus (Mailly Champagne, Verzy, Verzenay, Le Mesnil sur Oger, Avize and Chouilly). It offers an incredibly rich aromatic profile with notes of white flowers and lime blossom.

Champagne Veuve Fourny Monts de Vertus 2013

If you have a penchant for truly exceptional champagnes then this cuvée is for you! This pure, mineral and saline champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in plots of vines aged over 50 years and situated mid-slope on a limestone hillside.

The best food pairing? Serve with salty, saline foods such as seafood, shellfish and raw fish (smoked salmon).

This vintage champagne is composed of 8 terroirs split between the Vallée de la Marne and the Montagne de Reims.
