The Ruinart Champagne House is a devotee of visionary and sustainable cuisine. It regularly showcases the creative work of top chefs. And this autumn, it has put together two foodie baskets, which can be ordered online, allowing you to enjoy a unique culinary experience… you can prepare gourmet meals devised by top chefs in your own home. So, let's get cooking!

Bring in the guests

Ruinart asked two chefs to put together two baskets containing all the ingredients needed to rustle up a three-course meal for two (starter - main course - dessert). But don’t worry if you are not usually very talented in the cooking department, the basket comes with easy-to-follow recipe cards, explanatory videos and pictures of the most important steps.

The baskets

Sugio Yamaguchi has created a basket full of the flavours of late summer. Vegetables bursting with sunshine: tomatoes, bell peppers, aubergines, courgettes... fresh herbs, top-quality line-caught tuna and flowers freshly picked on Domaine de Chéraille.

Cybèle Idelot has created a plant-based autumn basket with seasonal produce, as well as less conventional ingredients and preparations that Cybèle invites you to try and which make her cuisine so unique.

The menus

Sugio Yamaguchi
Starter: Gaspatouille of summer vegetables
Main course: Tuna tataki with rose petals from Chéraille
Dessert: Red fruit marinated in petals

Cybèle Idelot
Starter: Scallop Crudo with green apple and fennel
Main course: Eryngii mushroom with Hungarian blue squash, risotto-style
Dessert: Pavlova with citrus fruit and verbena

Each basket costs 130€ and can be purchased online for delivery anywhere in France. So don't miss out, order your baskets on https://www.ruinart.com/fr-e/panier/cybele-idelot and get cooking like a Michelin-starred chef!
