Ruinart, a new case that fits like a second skin
Environmental issues, global warming, responsible consumption... Unless you've been hibernating for the last 10 years, you are certainly aware of the numerous ongoing debates, projects and initiatives taking place around the world, and you are not alone!
The Champagne Houses have been working hard to do their bit for climate protection. Leading the way is the Ruinart Champagne House and its Second Skin case, a mini-revolution of which Champagne can be rightfully proud!
Ruinart presented this new case at Vinexpo on 11 February 2020 (in a bygone era when trade fairs and events were still being held). Exit the old champagne boxes. Make way for purity, elegance, lightness... and recycling! This Second Skin case, which is moulded to hug the contours of the iconic bottle, is well named!
A pioneer in eco-responsibility in the Champagne region, the Champagne House has invested more than 2 years of R&D work to develop and release this surprising new case. Entirely eco-designed, plastic-free and fully recyclable, it embodies Ruinart's vision of "more sustainable contemporary luxury".
