Pol Roger has adopted a distinctive and elegant style with a touch of refinement, a true reflection of the French ‘art of living’. The Champagne House is widely recognised around the world for the purity and nobility of its champagnes, the fruit of an ancestral savoir-faire from the selection of the grapes to the work carried out in the cellar.

A perfect blend

The Brut Rosé Vintage is based on the same blend as the Brut Vintage (60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay) but, to obtain the gorgeous pink hue, the Champagne House adds about 15% of red wine from the finest crus in the Montagne de Reims and a dosage of 8g/l to procure optimum drinking pleasure.

An exciting tasting experience

Appearance: Fine bubbles set off by a salmon-pink hue with orange tints.

Nose: A lovely expression of red fruit (cherry and raspberry) and rose petals hinting at great freshness. Notes of candy and candied cherries come through once the wine has had time to warm up a bit.

Palate: Fresh on entry with citrus notes of blood orange followed by generous aromas of red fruit.

This new vintage combines freshness and intensity with the power and vinosity that impart character.

Ideal pairings

Enjoy the Brut Rosé 2015 paired with salmon or small game birds. And to finish on a sweet note, why not try it with a fruit tart or crumble?

The Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is produced in limited quantities and retails at 85€ (incl. VAT). Available from your favourite wine shop or directly from the Champagne House.
