The Cuvée D : Z offers the quintessence of the Bruno Paillard style with its purity, energy and remarkable balance. With no dosage and therefore no sugar, this champagne encapsulates the savoir-faire of the winemaker, working without the “safety net” of dosage. The Meunier varietal dominates the blend complemented by equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
This champagne is composed of over 30 different crus vinified in oak barrels and left to age for 3 to 4 years in the cellars before release.
The cuvée D : Z makes the ideal choice for an aperitif with its powerful yet delicate character.
