In her novel "Le goût du champagne", in which anthology is devoted to the literary effervescence of this exuberant wine, Ingrid Astier has gathered thirty-three extracts, thirty three sides of champagne. Author of thriller novels, this former student from the École Normale Supérieure, who is also a qualified teacher of contemporary literature, is an enlightened wine taster. We met her on the occasion of the release of her book "Même pas peur" published by Syros.
