Champagne Duval-Leroy

This festive season, the Duval-Leroy Champagne House has teamed up with famous artist Céleste Mogador. This all-female collaboration brought together two talented women to create something of exception for an exceptional champagne. Together, the cellar master and the artist designed a chic, elegant brooch representing a mini-bottle of the "Femme de Champagne 2002" with the Duval-Leroy monogram, taking the champagne brand to the next level.

Duval-Leroy Femme de Champagne 2002: this is a bespoke champagne from the 2002 vintage, an outstanding year in terms of maturity throughout the Champagne region. Created from two flagship grape varieties grown in the family vineyards, Femme de Champagne 2002 is composed of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir, endowing it with lovely light golden highlights.

Pol Roger Brut Reserve: this, the most iconic of the Pol Roger champagnes, is perfect for all drinking occasions. Its blend is constantly evolving to preserve the authenticity of the Pol Roger style. However, each year it contains around one third of each of Champagne's three main varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This is a fresh and energetic champagne best enjoyed as an aperitif or with starters.

Known for its quality products and respect for the planet, people and the environment, the De Sousa family is offering us an exceptional cuvée this festive season: Les Caudalies.

De Sousa Les Caudalies: crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs, this champagne is the fruit of all this family's know-how and love of its terroir. For the crafting of this champagne, it selected 60+ year-old vines, worked according to very precise organic and biodynamic methods. 50% of the wine comes from the year's production and the other 50% from a permanent stock of reserve wines. Elegant and well-balanced, its aromas are exceptionally fine and interwoven with light notes of brioche. This is the first time an artist has worked directly on the iconic bottle. A functional object, the “box” is transformed into a champagne bucket when the champagne is served.

Ruinart Jéroboam Blanc de Blancs by David Shrigley : certainly Ruinart’s most celebrated cuvée, Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs is a champagne of incredible elegance. It is primarily derived from premiers crus in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Perfect paired with fish.
