There’s now an important new address in Aÿ: 7 Rue Jules Lobet. Here you will find a splendid fully-restored mansion house that includes a champagne bar and guest rooms. This exciting new experience is brought to you by Champagne Collery, at the instigation of Nicolas Gueusquin.

The new Champagne Collery head office

Rooted in Aÿ since 1893, Champagne Collery has recently undergone something of a facelift. Having acquired the brand in 2016, Nicolas Gueusquin decided that the Champagne House needed a revamp. The Champagne Collery head office now finds itself housed in its splendid new residence on Rue Jules Lobet in Aÿ. Major renovation work was carried out to offer customers services in keeping with the new premises. Visitors will be able to relax at the bar or take in a view over the 4,000 m2 of listed grounds from the terrace. All this, while enjoying a Champagne Collery wine with a platter of artisanal charcuterie.

"I‘m convinced that in a few weeks time, and after months of successive lockdowns, everyone will be looking for quiet, relaxed and friendly places in which to enjoy a drink with friends. And we'll be here to provide just that!"
Romain Levecque
Managing Director of Champagne Collery

Aÿ residents, tourists and business people will be able to enjoy

Champagne tastings in the specially designed lounge (with or without a booking);

a caveau where groups of visitors can learn about the secrets of champagne production;

four spacious and tastefully renovated guest rooms with a “home away from home" feel, on the first floor, and

a rooftop for relaxing and taking in a wonderful view of the landscaped grounds and beyond, over Épernay and its surroundings, from Château de Saran to Épernay’s western hills.

Champagne Collery can also host seminars or private events in its l’Atelier, a dedicated space that can be adapted to the size of the group and comes fully equipped with a video projector and wifi.

The Collery champagne range

The revamp of Champagne Collery also extends to its champagnes crafted from grapes grown exclusively in Grand Cru terroirs. The Collery range, presented in packaging with a clean, contemporary design, is made up of three collections that are a nod to the world of whisky:

"Blend" for the Brut, Extra-Brut and Brut Rosé blends.

"Singles" for the single-varietal Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs.

"Vintage" for the EmpyreumatiC Grand Cru Vintage 2014.
