Didier is a man driven by passion. He has always been passionate about football so it is only natural that he thinks like a team captain. Muriel took over as General Manager at EPSILON GLOBAL COM in 2011 bringing her entrepreneurial and innovative flair. Passionate about champagne and those involved in its creation, she founded C Le Magazine and then Grappers. She is also an active participant in the development of the Champagne region’s local economy through her involvement in the Réseau Entreprendre de Champagne-Ardenne and the Champagne Ardenne Business Club.
After two years spent in the Netherlands, Laura went off to study wine in Mexico and then Bordeaux. Her love of champagne brought her back to her roots where she worked for some of the top champagne houses, before joining Grappers. With her experience in communication and digital technology, she brings with her a broad and international vision of the consumer of the future.
Pauline joined EPSILON to develop C Le Magazine in 2016. Armed with her experience in communication gained at a major champagne cooperative, she is fully in touch with the needs of Champagne Lovers. It was therefore only natural for her to be involved in the creation of Grappers. Passionate about the wine world, this winegrower's daughter always has her finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the champagne world.
The Georges Chappaz Institute is an umbrella organisation and a showcase for the research and training activities in the field of champagne viticulture and winemaking. Grappers works with the Georges Chappaz to provide journalism training and supports the rising stars of wine journalism.
Taster, consultant, founder of the Concours Amphore, press and radio columnist, trainer, journalist and writer... Pierre Guigui has a wealth of experience in the creation of content, always focused on wine and champagne. This engaging 60-year-old is actively helping to drive the growth of Grappers by providing Champagne Lovers with everything they need for the discovery of this fascinating world.
